It’s no secret that volunteering is a great way to get work experience by learning new skills and trying new jobs. Who knows what you’ll discover… you might find something you’ll love to do for a living or discover what you don’t want to do.
You can meet new people and network with business professionals who can provide you with valuable guidance and opportunities to help kick-start your career. You can learn how nonprofit organizations work and employers will be impressed by your initiative to learn new things.
Most importantly, you’ll be making a difference by taking action and promoting what you think is important in the world today.
Volunteer Board Opportunities are available for students and members. These positions are non-voting, but attendance at Board meetings may be required from time to time.
