RECORDS MANAGEMENT 101
A one-day course designed for practitioners often representing organizations where they are tasked with record-keeping as an additional responsibility, or are the only individual assigned accountability for records and information management.
The course is targeted to the needs of individuals with little or no records management training.

COST: $200 for ARMA members; $300 for non-members.

About the Facilitator:
Donna Molloy is a Records Management Consultant who assists clients to establish Information Governance, often by implementing Records Management Programs, creating Retention Schedules and procedures, along with templates and tools to support implementation. Her background includes work in libraries, archives, policy development and training. She has worked for a variety of clients, public and private sector.
